Sending lots of gratitude to the Beale Memorial Library and Bakersfield friends for an incredible event May 12. Being “in conversation” with a trusted pal – in this case, Rick Bentley, entertainment reporter extraordinaire – is the way to go!

Then off we went for a fabulous dinner (and powerful margaritas!) at a well-remembered Mexican restaurant. I just adore these friends of nearly 35 years!
